Learning to Coach

Want to learn how to coach? Phoenix Trampoline
Gymnastics Club regularly mentors coaches up to UKCC
Level 3. Even if you have never been on a trampoline
before, to find out more come and talk to one of the
coaches and see if it is for you.

Insurance

Insurance is provided by British Gymnastics. All participants must take out British Gymnastics membership to take part in any of our sessions. British Gymnastics offer many benefits for this membership, details will be given upon application.

to British Gymnastics.
All of our coaches are fully
qualified and DBS checked,
the club is Gym Mark verified by British Gymnastics proving we are a safe and
friendly environment for children to learn Trampoline Gymnastics.

The founders, Sean and Monica White, still coach regularly, Adam White is the Head Coach.

Adam White – Senior Club Coach (Level 4) in Trampolining and Senior Club Coach (Level 4) in Double Mini Tramp. First qualified in 2006.

Sean White – High Performance Coach (Level 5) in Trampolining and Club Coach (Level 3) in Double Mini Tramp. First qualified in 1983.

Monica White – Senior Club Coach (Level 4) in Trampolining and Club Coach (Level 3) in Double Mini Tramp. First qualified in 1985.

Richard Morton – Level 2 Coach in Trampolining

Tess Clarke – Level 1 Assistant Coach in Trampolining, currently taking Level 2 qualification

Phoenix Trampoline Gymnastics Club

Established in September 1984 and initially called Friesland Trampoline Club, we have recently moved to Wilsthorpe School in Long Eaton
Satellite sessions are run at West Park School.

Phoenix Trampoline Gymnastics Club has produced many County, Regional and National medalists and have always been involved in the competition structure offered by British Gymnastics.

Whether you want to just have fun, get fit or be the next champion you will find what you need at Phoenix Trampoline Gymnastics Club.

We use Olympic sized trampolines in a fully matted area with a static rig and video analysis.

Whatever your needs you will find something to suit you at Phoenix Trampoline Gymnastics Club, Proficiency Award Scheme, GymFit, recreational classes and squad sessions. You can have access to competitions or the chance to learn how to coach, judge or run events.
